Shipping Information

Delivery Process Shopping online can be an intimidating process for some or just plain confusing for others. If you have ever purchased anything online from a website that did not have a clear and simple delivery process, then you probably know the frustrations.

Here at DVD-RETAILS.com we appreciate your business and we want you to understand our shipping process prior to placing an order so you can know when to expect your parcel.
Below is the three exact step for step process DVD-RETAILS.com Staff takes when processing your order.

Processing - Charged - Shipped

Processing -Once you have made a payment with your credit card through PayPal, your order is placed in Pending Status. Someone from DVD-RETAILS.com will review your order and verify that your credit card information is valid and that the shipping address you provided matches the address that the credit card statements are sent to. Once your order has been verified by someone at DVD-RETAILS.com your order will be elevated to the next status and prepare the package for the shipment. This process takes 2-3 business days.

Charged - We have processed and sent it to the warehouse for shipping. The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information and once we receive that we will update the status of your order to "Shipped", this will only take 12-24 hours.

Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number. If you are located in the United States you can track your package at www.USPS.com. If you are located elsewhere, then it is your country's national carrier. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive, but highly depends on the courier.

Other Possible Statuses: Cancelled - If your order status is "canceled" this is because we were unable to verify your payment. Or you've made a request for cancellation prior the shipment. We accept cancelling order within receiving your payment 24 hours. Others, the client is responsible for everything.

Refunded- If your order is out of stock or we are unable to fill it for any reason, we will update the status of your order to Out of Stock and issue a full refund.

We will send the update information to your registered email.

Return/Exchange Policy

You may return any merchandise purchased at http://www.DVD-retails.com provided that the return meets the guidelines described below. Please contact us in advance to obtain a Return Application Form within the time period specified below. Please make sure you have your order number included in the email for quicker processing.
Retail Return guidelines:
• All items must be returned within 14 days of the sale date, and (except where prohibited by law) are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box.
• There is no restocking fee for defective product returned in exchange for the exact same product, or for product originally purchased as Open Box.
• There is no restocking fee for DVD/CD set returned to us un-opened. Please note again shipping fees are not refundable if you want a refund rather than exchange.
• You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
• Opened DVD/CD may be exchanged for the same title only. If you disregard this policy and return DVD/CD set for refund, you have to return them within 30 days starting from the order date. 25% restocking fee will be charged to any open DVD/CD returns or unopen returns after 30 days. NO EXCEPTION to this policy. Please take advantage of the free exchange policy to avoid this fee. The fee is charged to keep our low price offering to all of our customers.
• Orders could not be cancelled once shipped. Please contact us if you no longer want the order after your order is processed and shipped, you need to return the order after its delivery. Under no circumstances should you refuse the delivery and demand full refund. Shipping cost will be deducted from refund if the delivery was refused. You will also be responsible for the return shipping cost if you refuse the delivery.
